Based on this assessment and your goals we will provide a tailored health package that may cover any of the services we provide. The initial health assessment reviews your medical history, lifestyle choices, and goals. After you have completed this, we will be in contact to review the health assessment and complete the fitness assessment. The fitness assessment is to identify any muscle imbalances that need to be addressed prior to starting a fitness program. After those are completed, we will identify goals and implement a action plan. We will follow up  weekly!

Advanced Coaching Package

A 15 minute accountability calls, twice per week
